Mange har god selvtilitt, men mangler god selvfølelse. Selv har jeg veldig ofte hatt god selvtillit, men lav selvfølelse. Jeg kunne surre rundt i eget hode og spinne på negative tanker. Jeg ble sliten av det, og det tok bort mye energi på det jeg egentlig ville bruke tiden min på. Er du blant dem som gjerne skulle hatt litt bedre selvfølelse? Her får du Del 1 i hvordan akkurat DU kan bedre din egen selvfølelse.
1. Tren på å gi deg selv positive kompliment
Mange er flinke på å gi hyggelige tilbakemeldinger til seg selv, men kommer ofte med et ‘men’. Er du av dem som sier: Nå gjorde jeg en god jobb, MEN hadde jeg bare gjort sånn eller sånn, så hadde det vært enda bedre!? Tren på å kutte det som kommer etter komma. Det vil si at du skal være flink til å si:
Nå gjorde jeg virkelig en god jobb. (Punktum). Tren på å bli god til å gi deg selv kompliment som er bra for deg uten at det kommer et negativt påheng på slutten av setningen. Selv bruker jeg daglige affirmasjoner. De hjelper meg å forsterke den jeg er, og de hjelper meg å ha fokus på det som er bra i livet mitt.

2. Vær glad i deg selv og den du er 100%
Jeg sa nettopp i punkt 1, at du kanskje er en som sier hyggelige ting til deg selv, men som regel er vi enda bedre på å gi hyggelige tilbakemeldinger til andre.
Uansett om du er flink til å gi deg selv gode tilbakemeldinger, så kan vi alle bli enda bedre. Gi deg selv ros for alt det du har gjort bra. Spesielt vi damer er flinke på å henge oss opp i det som ikke er så bra. Man kan få 9 gode tilbakemeldinger, men det er den ene negative tilbakemeldingen vi henger oss opp i. Du kan heller bruke energien din på å rose deg selv for alt det du har gjort som ER bra, og ikke henge deg opp i det som ikke er så bra. Personlig, så bruker jeg et par minutter hver eneste kveld på å gå gjennom hva som har vært bra i løpet av dagen. Det gjør utrolig godt for selvfølelsen. Det er viktig å fortelle seg selv hver dag at man duger og er god nok.
Gi deg selv kreditt, og vær glad i den personen du er. Husk at DU er DU. Absolutt ingen er bedre på å være deg enn akkurat du. Om du forsøker å være noen andre, så vil du alltid være en kopi og ikke en orginal. Vær stolt av deg selv, og si til deg at du er din egen beste versjon.
3. Stopp de negative tankene dine:
Dersom du er en person som ‘kverner’ på negative tanker, så tren deg selv i å stoppe dem. Om du kjenner at det er en negativ tanke som er på vei inn, så si: STOPP!!! Denne tanken vil jeg ikke ha! Du kan trene kroppen din til å snu negative tanker til positive tanker. Det aller enkleste er om du lager en liste over de gode tingene du har i livet ditt. Ha gjerne hovedfokus på en eller to ting, så når det kommer en negativ tanke snikende, så stopper du den, og dra fokuset over til den positive retningen. Når du trener nok mange ganger på å stoppe, så vil kroppen trenes i å tenke annerledes:))
