5. Frigjør deg fra all skam og skyld.

Vi blåser det opp slik at det overskygger det gode vi har gjort. Hvor ofte går man ikke og tenker på alle de tingene vi angrer på. Tenker tanker slik som: «Huff, dette burde jeg ikke sagt!» eller «Nå gjorde jeg noe dumt, det burde jeg ikke ha gjort!» Om du klarer å kaste bort negative tanker rundt skam og skyld i livet ditt, så frigjør du masse energi som du igjen kan omdanne til god og positiv energi og god selvfølelse. Det er totalt bortkastet energi å tenke på hva man burde ha gjort annerledes. Det jeg gjør, er at jeg ser hva jeg kan lære av situasjonen, og hva jeg evt. kan gjøre annerledes neste gang. Hele 5 dager til helg’, så kan du tenke: ‘Yes! Mandag! Nå har jeg en hel uke på meg å ha det bra sammens med gode kolleger’ Det har ALT med måten du tenker på, og hvordan du tar nåtiden. Selv har jeg kunne vært på jobb og ha dårlig samvittighet for at jeg ikke har vært nok til stede for barnet mitt, og når jeg var hjemme, så tenkte jeg på det jeg burde gjort på jobb. Jeg har trent mye på å kose meg i alt jeg gjør. Selv om jeg vasker kopper, så koser jeg meg. Prøv så godt du kan å nyte tiden du er i; akkurat her og nå.
